MISSION
Ensures the link between the project plans and the ground reality,
from the establishment phase to the as-built plan of the job, in
support of Operations and the Design Office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
*
ESTABLISHES SURVEYS of the physical (boundary marking, tonometric,
altimetric, interior, location), legal and land characteristics
(demarcation of land estates, co-ownership) of the land to be
developed.
*
CARRIES OUT THE SITE VISIT by highlighting specific points with the
help of the site layout
*
CREATES THE TOPOGRAPHIC AND LAYOUT PLANS OF THE WORKS
*
ESTABLISHES THE PROJECT POINTS on the ground on the basis of the
execution plans and maintains them until the end of the job
*
PROVIDES ADVICE based on an active monitoring of geographical,
topographical, legal and regulatory developments.
*
CLOSURE OF THE FILE: carries out a survey of the works carried out
and draws up the executed works document (as-built drawing/EWD)
*
POSSIBLY SUPERVISES technical surveyors, topographers, etc.
*
May possibly have the responsibilities of the Head of Technical
Research (mixed profile)
PROFILE
*
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of
experience
*
Significant experience in the building and construction works
