Job Description: Mission ATR is looking for a cash management coordinator to ensure flows correctness and assess foreign currency exposure in order to plan and execute derivative instruments with banks. As interface with banks, subsidiaries and shareholders (Airbus and Leonardo) treasury teams, you will ensure that cash pooling and cash concentration operations are planned and executed accordingly. You’ll report to ATR’s Head of Treasury & Cash Forecast. Key Responsibilities 1-Cash Management * Liquidity needs follow up for ATR and subsidiaries (USA, Singapore, South Africa, and India). * Payment runs scheduling and execution aiming at keeping tight control of bank fees. * Coordination of Treasury Management Systems for the whole ATR Group. 2-Treasury Analysis and Forecast * Analyse and adjust daily cash management and liquidity needs. Coordinate such adjustments to meet cash pooling objectives. * Assess and provide drivers to lower FX risk. * Follow up and analysis of bank balances for ATR and subsidiaries. 3- Management of Expense Claims * Manage our internal claim tool. * Manage the budget and the link with the service provider. * Ensure the interface with employee for all subjects related to the payment of expense claims. * Manage the cash advances. 4-Hedging * Assess foreign currency exchange exposure and set up derivative instruments according to corporate hedging policy. * Plan liquidity needs by currency and maturity for each entity of ATR group. 5-Communication * Relate with subsidiaries (USA, Singapore, South Africa, India) in order to steer cash flow and drive cash concentration operations. * Satisfy customers (internal and externals). * Coordinate treasury operations with shareholders treasury teams (Airbus and Leonardo). * Develop and consolidate cooperation with banks. About you: * You are preparing a Master degree in business, finance or related field * Dynamic, objective oriented and accurate * Teamwork and analysis to communicate at management level * You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs : Word/ Powerpoint/Excel * You communicate clearly in English (written/speaking) This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
