THE CHALLENGE AHEAD:
A fantastic opportunity to be part of the most ambitious sales
reorganization EA have been leading for decades, switching from a
local based sales activity to a centralized one. Amazon was identified
as a key retailer to level-up as a Pan-European partner, centrally
managed.
You will support this transition, building tools, process and
harmonization guidelines to make this centralized sales activity
effective. You will be working with multiple teams across the
countries and departments in EA but also externally, including retail
and agencies.
WHAT A PAN-EUROPEAN SALES TRAINEE WILL DO:
Sales Project: You’ll be responsible to review and harmonize all the
existing sales support activities for Amazon EU, finding efficiencies
and proposing improvements, while being responsible for the proper
execution of them.
This will require you to integrate internal and external processes to
build a centralized management of the account. Such process will
include;
* Build and update the database of ASINS for the 5 territories
* Set Up and distribute the New release Skus in Amazon EU5
* Define and manage the allocation process of pre-order codes for
new releases
* Support the Key on Demand project and implement at EU5
* Define and manage the price protections (externally and
internally)
Retail Marketing Project: Level Up and harmonize display execution
strategy of EA's products and brands alongside Amazon, to enhance the
user experience when visiting our product pages:
* Help Amazon showcase EA products by maintaining enhanced products
pages
* Provide guidance to improve execution after scanning our back
catalog.
* Set up merchandising campaigns in VC
* Harmonize titles and texts at EU5 to procure a standardized and
excellent execution to the shopper in EU5
* Make recommendations by building the necessary reports on EA +
Competition activities (screenshots / reports / analysis), based on
previous checks of the Amazon execution.
Promotional Calendar Project: Build a Pan-Eu process for the delivery
and reporting of promotions and PMD that consolidate all the different
steps needed to support a flawless execution of the promotional
calendar.
* Participate in building and fulfilling a Pan-EU promo tracker with
finance
* Implement the Promotions recommendations from the franchise team
through the P&P and Digital planning including the setup of the
promotions in VC
* Create the documents to set up in the systems internally
* Establish the check execution and build a reporting on EA +
Competition activities (screenshots / reports / analysis). Make
recommendations
* Define and prepare settlements reports for invoicing process
Data Analysis Toolbox project: Working alongside the Pan-EU Sales
Analyst define and elaborate the set of reports needed to drive Amazon
business, including the definition of the proper cadence of the
reports, distribution and storage. This toolbox should include (among
others):
* Retailer Stock and Sales trackers, give inputs in terms of reorders
and buildings
* Pre-order report & tracking
* Digital at Retail updates
* Others..
THE NEXT GREAT PAN-EUROPEAN SALES TRAINEE ALSO NEEDS:
* Studying last year of Business Administration, Economics,
Marketing, Communication or related studies.
* Interest in developing his/her career in the business areas
related to sales, account management and/or retail marketing.
* A passion and knowledge for video games and sport
* Fluent French and business level English (the assignment includes
frequent and regular exchanges with European team
* Excellent knowledge of Excel including macros
