LID – L’Oreal International Distribution - is a new entity of L’Oreal Group created in 2019 to develop brands in countries via retailers (on line / off line) and distributors without involving local subsidiaries LID EMEA sells through its 4 divisions more than 30 brands in 4 business units: Europe, Dom Tom, Middle East North Africa and Sub Saharian Africa. LID is looking for a Business Unit controller for one of its division The BU Controller will report to the Division controller The job is based in Clichy within a financial team of 3 or 4 persons. RESPONSABILITIES * Being in charge of the total P&L of the BU * Following the Gross to Net sales and commercial conditions * Piloting the Estimated sales monthly * Profitability analysis on launches and sets * Pricing management with marketing and data manager * Marketing and A&P costs controlling * Capex and amortizations * Building trend and budget of the business unit * Monthly closing and reports (SAP and Compass) * Sell out and stock equation analysis on major clients * Allocation of corporate costs * Business plans of news brands /clients REQUIRED SKILLS * Sense of business * Interpersonal skills * Well organized and rigorous * Figures oriented EDUCATION BACKGROUND BAC+5 AND AT LEAST 3 TO 6 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN AUDIT, CONTROLLING OR CORPORATE FINANCE.
