About the job CONTEXT We are looking for our Sustainability (One Planet. One Health) Performance Intern starting from August 2022 Danone recognizes the powerful role that business can play in society. ABOUT THE TEAM At the Global Sustainability Performance Team we are convinced that we have the opportunity and indeed the obligation to respond to the social, economic, and environmental challenges of our world. To make this belief a reality, we are working to measure, advance and report on Danone’s sustainability progress to bring in life our One Planet. One Health vision and commitment in a valuable way with our internal and external stakeholders. Indeed, we are sitting at a crossroads between the internal experts working to deliver Danone's OPOH frame of actions and we are facilitating connections between corporate, brands and subsidiaries strategies, as well as the B Corp ambition, as key success factors to achieve Danone 2030 Company Goals. Since few years, we started as a team to evolve our reporting for more impact in order to help Danone to progress today’s OPOH agenda and prepare for tomorrow while continuing being recognized for our achievements. As a member of our team, you will participate to our team mission through your activities. YOUR SPECIFIC MISSIONS DANONE WAY (70%) You will learn how Danone is guiding and measuring its local subsidiaries on its business and sustainability strategy through Danone Way to foster sustainable growth. * You will learn how Danone Way is implemented worldwide by supporting the measurement of our subsidiaries’ progress: o Prepare and launch the 2022 measurement campaign with 80+ local coordinators. o Monitor the implementation of the campaign from the kick-off to closure. o Train and support local coordinators to properly use the measurement technology. * You will increase local teams’ knowledge on Danone Way and key global priority topics by coordinating webinars with internal sustainability and business experts. * You will be key for the data quality of the program: o Support local coordinators during their local third-party audit o Perform a robust internal review of the consolidated data to prepare third-party global audit and public disclosure. SUSTAINABILITY AUDITS CAMPAIGN (20%) You will learn how Danone is managing its sustainability third party audits at local and global level to leverage its sustainability performance: * Coordinate the implementation of global sustainability audits: o Coordinate the planning and deployment of the on-site sustainability audits. o Support selected entities in preparing for the sustainability audits implemented by Danone’s third-party auditors. o Monitor the implementation of the audits from the kick-off to closure. * Perform analysis of main improvement trends identified as part of the sustainability audits to increase data quality with our internal stakeholders. FUTURE OF SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCE (10%) You will discover and assist the definition of Danone’s future of sustainability performance. * Contribute to the development of a methodology and a process to update its risks analysis and support the internal stakeholders in identifying the right KPIs to follow at company-level. * Perform analysis of Danone’s results across ESG evaluations drawing conclusions and recommendations to feed our sustainability strategy and improvement plans. * Work on automating sustainability performance data and insights collection processes at Danone using modern technology: ESG evaluations (including identifying synergies and overlaps between questionnaires), annual publications, Danone Way. + for this internship : * Various missions and high responsibility level * Onboarding and upskilling on key sustainability topics and processes during your whole internship * 1120€ (bac+4) to 1300€ (bac+5) brut per month About you YOUR PROFILE * You are from an engineering school, business school, or university; and you are specialized in sustainable development and passionate about these issues * You speak English fluently and you can communicate in French language. * You master Excel and data analysis tools and feel comfortable with analyzing large sets of complex data in great detail. * You are a good communicator (in person and online) and have the ability to easily connect with people. * You are adaptable and like to work in a fast-paced and international environment * You are known for being autonomous, detail-oriented, organized, capable of prioritizing.
