ZE GENERICS - STRUCTURE HEALTH MONITORING AND NDC SPECIALIST Date: 18-Mar-2022 Country/Region: FR City: Bavans Contract Type: Requisition ID: 33481 Purpose of the job : The main mission is to support the development of Monitoring and Control systems to catch/understand the quality and behaviour of our Hydrogen storage products developed in ZE division. These systems will be used in development, in production and/or embedded in our products. Responsibilities: (S)he has to: * Develop Faurecia Structure Health monitoring know how applicable to our product. * Develop new non-destructive process control technologies applicable to our process * Support our internal projects. * Develop procedures and write Equipment specifications * Capitalize know how and write lessons learn Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have/be: EDUCATION: * Generalist engineering Master degree with a strong sensitivity on physical measurement, data analysis, control unit, and system architecture EXPERIENCE: * 10 years’ experience in structure health methodologies applicable to structural parts, metallic & composite * A good knowledge of non-destructive control methodologies. TECHNICAL SKILLS: * Familiar with Lean Manufacturing * Knowledge of methodologic tools (QRCI, 8D, etc…) * English fluent, French fluent, German is a plus * SHM technologies & expertize: ultrasonic methodologies, acoustic emission, Piezo electric sensors,… * Certification UT, ET, IRT according EN 4179 or equivalent Behavioural skills: * Team spirit : ability to involve & to organize people around a project goal. * Ability to capitalize know-how. * Clear interest in clean mobility such as new powertrain technologies. * Ability to work in a matrix organisation with international mind-set * Strong autonomy entrepreneur mindset and drive for improvement * Analytic and structured .
