As Project Control Manager, you manage 9 employees, and ensure the control and planning of the IFP plan for the current year (investment plan for the rehabilitation of assets throughout the Disneyland Paris resort), approximately €120M per year and 600 projects. You deliver the quality that Disneyland Paris has decided to offer its customers, while respecting the five keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES : MISSIONS: * Ensure monitoring and control activities over the entire activity: progress, changes and risks in the areas of costs and planning. Ensure the implementation of corrective actions when deviations from the initial plan are identified. * Support to project managers in the development of your activity so that projects are mastered from a budgetary and planning point of view. Specific support for project managers according to the complexity and priority of the projects. * Monitor monthly projects and associated reports. The reporting must be relevant and must make it possible to analyze from one month to another the evolutions in terms of costs and planning, it reports on the progress of the state of costs and risks schedules with appropriate tools and techniques: * Create and maintain complete project documentation, ensuring that tools are updated. * Develop, analyze the control in terms of costs, planning of projects of the current year. * Coordinates and directs presentations of project controls to management to clients. * Prepare the project control plan for the year N program. * Participate in the development of the N+1 plan in close collaboration with the IFP team, for the distribution of the load plan. * Be a force of proposal for the arbitrations to be made by the general management on the management of the envelope. * Manage and develop a team of construction economists, estimators and planners in line with the objectives given by the management. * Be a leader in the simplification and evolution of processes, in order to facilitate the execution of the plan. * Collaborate and coordinate with the different teams in order to optimize our financial resources (Finance, Purchasing and customers). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : PROFILE: * Engineering School or BAC+5. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management control, on large-scale projects (30 - 100 M€). * Effective communication within the team and with stakeholders (in an international environment with English as the main language of communication). * Good Knowledge of Excel, including macros (VBA), and Powerpoint (many presentations).
