SUMMARY OF THE ACTIVITIES You will gain a first experience in HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT according to your studies and skills. You will join a multicultural English-speaking team. DURING THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO: * recruit top talents (experienced, new grads, interns, apprentices) by supporting operational/administrative daily activities (needs analysis, sourcing, screening, etc.), organizing and/or participating in job fairs and strategic talent attraction & acquisition projects, * develop and maintain the training curriculum and training catalogue by analyzing and updating them, * support talent management and development initiatives by focusing on employee’s performance and development plan thanks to recurrent reports, needs analysis, action plan definition, benchmark and presentation, * manage a portfolio of international assignees to/from Nice, including the analysis of social security of the files, the management of the mobility procedure regarding immigration, the compliancy regarding taxes, meeting with employees (outbound, inbound, repatriation), * perform cost calculation and work on policies regarding compensation & benefits topics: international mobility, salary offers, equity plans, etc. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE * Is pursuing Bachelor/Master’s degree studies VIA AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM in Human Resources Management, Business or Law, * Has a proficiency level in English (oral and written), * Has already heard about or worked with SharePoint or other collaborative platforms, * Has already heard about or worked with SAP or SuccessFactors, * Has a good knowledge of Excel to perform data analysis, * Is known for her/his dynamism and confidentiality awareness, * Has interpersonal and communication skills allowing her/him to evolve in a multicultural team.
