DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance- L’Alternant(e) Méthodes
Maintenance sera responsable majoritairement pour remplacer la
responsable planning usine.
Il/Elle sera en charge de garantir le bon fonctionnement des
équipements ainsi que l'amélioration continue du département
Maintenance et de la maintenance préventive.
Activités principales :
* Réalisation d'analyse de panne
* Réflexion et mise en place d'une stratégie de pièces de
rechanges critiques
* Réalisation de projets sur les installations afin d'optimiser la
performance des installations
* Réalisation d'analyse AMDEC sur les lignes de production
* Réalisation une étude et mise en place progressive d'une
maintenance prédictive basée sur l'analyse de nos coûts de
maintenance correctif et préventif
* Participation à l'organisation et l'optimisation du magasin de
pièces de rechanges
* Mise en place et suivi de la méthodologie d'amélioration KHMS
(Kraft Heinz Management System)
