WE ARE SEARCHING FOR OUR NEW MAKE GOOD & PROJECT MANAGER FOR OUR PLANT IN SENS ! Within the Projects Department of the loading arm activity, you will be the contact between the customer and the company throughout the execution of the project. You will be responsible for the following main tasks: * Plan and coordinate the execution of assigned projects; * Be the single point of contact and maintain effective communication with customers at all times; * Manage technical and contractual interfaces with customers and third parties, as well as with all staff and internal managers involved in the project; * Negotiate and track variation orders to maintain or improve margins; * Manage the execution of the orders respecting the delivery date and the planned costs and follow its progress and plan the execution on site with the after-sales service for the orders of revamping and Make Good; * Report project progress, forecasts, risks/opportunities, proactively raise issues and propose solutions; * Participate in the work of the project team and perform tasks related to improving the tools, processes and knowledge of the project team. YOU ARE MEANT FOR THIS JOB IF : * You hold a Bac + 5 mainly technical (mechanics engineer, hydraulic, electrical or automation), * You have a first experience in oil and gaz industry, * You have a good interpersonal and communication skills in order to communicate with external and internals contact in a variety of culturs; * You have a good coordination management, an analytical approach with good problems solving skills ; * You have a adaptation skills, automous, anticipation et you have in capacity to make a many tasks and project in same time; * You have a fluent level of English (read, spoken, written), * You master office tools and any other communication tool (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, MS Project, Teams, Notes, Smartphone applications, etc.) POSITION TO BE FILLED ON A PERMANENT CONTRACT IN SENS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
