Discovery Sports Events, the events division of Eurosport, specializes in the organization and promotion of international sporting events such as the FIA WTCR, FIA ETCR, FIM EWC, UCI TCL, FIM SGP. Discovery Sports Events is the international promoter of the World Speedway Championships from the 2022 season onwards. Speedway is a type of motorbike racing where riders complete several laps around a dirt oval track. The sport is usually played in a stadium. In this context, the Speedway team of Discovery Sports Events is looking for a Speedway intern from March for a period of 6 months. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: The person will be in charge of supporting the Speedway Coordinator in his daily activities through the following missions : * Implementation and follow-up of tools and documents for project management. * Preparation, organization and reporting of meetings. * Creation of presentations. * Management of administrative files (customer and supplier follow-up) * Coordination with internal departments. * Management of the establishment of the relationship with new external stakeholders. * Participation in the implementation of the overall strategy of the Speedway Championships Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: * You are a student at BAC +4/5 level, in business school, university or equivalent with a specialization in project management and/or events. * You have an interest in the world of sports business and the media. * You are fluent in written and spoken English. * You are rigorous, autonomous, reactive, creative and organized. * You are a team player, adaptable and have good interpersonal skills. * You are detail-oriented and analytical. * You are familiar with the Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. * Knowledge of SAP may be a plus.
