JOB DESCRIPTION: A great opportunity as a PERFORMANCE MANAGER (M/F) has arisen within Airbus Customer Services in Toulouse. You will be integrated within the Airbus Flight Hours Services (FHS) teams. Airbus Flight Hour Services is a comprehensive material & maintenance service based on a contractual fixed hourly-rate payment. We are looking for a Performance Manager to support operational teams to secure Top Objectives and reach Operational Excellence. The jobholder will join FHS Operations, a dynamic and diverse team responsible of preparing the industrial set-up, managing the service delivery and the supply chain operations worldwide. FHS teams have over 20 different nationalities and cultural backgrounds in Singapore, Hong-Kong, Malaysia, India, Europe, North and South Americas. The jobholder will be a key actor in driving the FHS supply chain performance on a worldwide scale. He/she works in close connection with Operations, Inventory, Program & Methods & Tools. The scope involves customers’ front office, logistic, transport and warehousing, MRO/OEM and supply chain management. MAIN MISSION: * Monitor the performance of the overall supply chain * Animate transversely all the contributors of the end to end process, from operational to management level, and foster decision making * Consolidate and analyze data, identify non-performance root causes, provide convincing diagnostics and synthetic summaries and propose sustainable solutions * Lead the digitalization and development of the tools supporting the process, as well as the data quality improvement * Manage projects including sustainability ones to address global supply chain improvements and coordinate various teams worldwide * Publish performance and reporting * Manage risk and allow to anticipate non performance * Set up and drumbeat improvement action plans * Improve and standardize performance management routines, methods and tools MAIN SKILLS FOR THE JOB: * Analysis and synthesis * Transversal management and network animation * Interested in Data management with analyst methods and IT skills * Proven experience in supply chain in international context * A good level in English is mandatory This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
