Description
Your future The Human Resources Intern will be assigned various
projects and responsibilities with regard to human resource
management, helping the student gain a functional understanding of the
entire Human Resources landscape including: Talent Acquisition, Talent
Management, Benefits, HRIS and more. Core Accountabilities * Screen
applicants for salary and hourly positions * Schedule qualified
candidates for interviews * Assist with onboarding, helping to provide
an exceptional hiring team and candidate experience * Assist with
maintenance of Learning Management System, which could include data
entry and/or content creation * Extract data, and create ad-hoc
reports in HRIS based on cross-functional business needs * Process
status change forms * Assist in planning and organizing special events
* Attend company and HR networking events Your potential Competencies
and Qualifications * Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
and currently enrolled at sophomore status or higher, majoring in
human resource management, business, or a related field. * Strong
written and oral communication skills with all organization levels. *
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, specifically with Excel and Outlook *
Social media savvy, specifically Facebook & LinkedIn About Us For over
