The Home Entertainment Junior Manager, Marketing is responsible for
assisting the team in building innovative Marketing plans to develop
and launch Paramount Films & TV programs on Digital (VOD & EST) and
Physical release. This includes forecasting, media strategy, customer
relationship, merchandising and international coordination &
reporting. This position works closely with various stakeholders both
internally (Sales & Finance) and externally (Media and PR agencies,
Retailers, Distribution partner) to drive strategic plans.
SUMMARY OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the media planning with the media agency for all New
Release titles, catalog opportunities & TV Series
Follow-up assets creation & material delivery from creative agencies
to the media
Provide performance feedback on metrics & data provided by media &
agencies
Social media animation with asset creation & post management in direct
or through a dedicated agency
Coordination with the Theatrical team for drafting & cross-campaign
opportunities
Provide assistance with scheduling, tracking, and delivering assets to
customers
Internal coordinator with Paramount Home Office in Los Angeles for all
materials
Champion the merchandising of Paramount transactional content and
influence the end consumers with premium placements on the platforms.
Plan and execute trade catalogue price promotions and campaigns
Manage the planning and execution of the direct to digital titles
Manage the promotional calendar Maintain the competitive calendar
tracker
MARKET MONITORING: competitive release dates and pricing models,
consumer research, and digital media entertainment market trends
Person Specification
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Highly numerate and profit focused Team player
willing to learn and adaptable Analytic skills Data management and
processing Digital media buy experience Detail oriented
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Fluent in English Business Degree 2
years’ experience minimum within digital/product
marketing/trade-marketing Working experience in entertainment, a
eCommerce retailer, or a digital platform Experience in an
English-speaking country (e.g. University exchange program,
internship)
