ENVIRONMENT? Disneyland Paris' 500 businesses are supported by three
main IT departments dedicated to applications used by our visitors
(e-commerce site, mobile application, etc.), "on-site" applications
(management of attractions, hotels, restaurants, stores, etc.) and
applications dedicated to our cast members. These three IT departments
are supported by A TRANSVERSE IT DEPARTMENT, TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTION &
ENGINEERING. Within this department, OUR ARCHITECTURE TEAM is mainly
involved in three areas: * DESIGN AUTHORITY - to ensure that IT is
properly aligned with the IT strategy and that robust, sustainable
solutions are implemented; * IT STRATEGY - to establish an IT strategy
that supports the strategic objectives of the different business
lines; * INNOVATION - to keep abreast of opportunities offered by new
technologies and identify those that could be integrated into our
technology base. As a replacement, we are looking for a Solution
Architect to join this team, currently composed of 5 employees; A TEAM
WHERE YOU WILL FIND CONVIVIALITY, LISTENING AND PROXIMITY. YOUR
MISSIONS? YOU WILL REPRESENT THE DESIGN AUTHORITY by taking part in
the various stages of the business projects identified in the long
term plan, with contributions including: CONDUCT HIGH-LEVEL SOLUTION
STUDIES: * Determine the systems, subsystems and interfaces (new,
existing, impacted) involved to meet functional and non-functional
requirements * Identify technical solutions for new systems (to be
developed or purchased) * Define how the identified technical
solutions will be integrated into the information system * Validate
technical assumptions and evaluate alternatives (potentially through
POC) * Provide cost estimates for architectural issues. CONDUCT
DETAILED ARCHITECTURE STUDIES: * Define and ensure compliance with
standards, principles, patterns, best practices, and overall
consistency with standard Disney technologies * Help identify the best
architecture to implement/integrate/deploy the solution, and the path
to reach that target * Provide the low-level architecture design to
cover all NFRs, which is a prerequisite for the infrastructure
development and construction phase. THROUGH AN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE
APPROACH AND REPOSITORY, YOU WILL TAKE PART IN THE DEFINITION OF THE
IT STRATEGY, by building the roadmap for the transformation of the
information system necessary to achieve the strategic business
objectives and the rationalization of the IS. YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO
PROMOTING INNOVATION by leading technology watch presentations,
working on knowledge sharing, and providing advice and insight on
various technical solutions. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXPRESS YOUR
CURIOSITY IN THIS POSITION, SHARE AND CONFRONT YOUR POINT OF VIEW WITH
THE TEAM MEMBERS AND, AT THE SAME TIME, WORK WITH A GREAT LEVEL OF
AUTONOMY ON "MODERN" AND STRATEGIC, DIGITAL AND DATA SUBJECTS. THE
KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS? You are the ideal candidate for this position
if: * You are graduated of a higher education in IT development and
architecture and have acquired at least 10 years of experience in IT,
including at least 5 years in an architect role, in a transverse
architecture department or in projects, with DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
RELATED TO THE WEB, MOBILE, DATA, INTEGRATION BETWEEN SYSTEMS; * You
master architecture modeling languages and techniques (e.g. UML,
ARCHIMATE, DDD, BPMN, etc.); * You master the principles and models of
integration design and service-oriented architectures (WEAK
COUPLING/STRONG CONSISTENCY, EVENT-DRIVEN ARCHITECTURE, etc.); * You
have experience in ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE AND IS MODERNIZATION; * You
are comfortable with integration technologies (WEB SERVICES/REST API,
SPRING BATCH, TALEND, RABBITMQ, KAFKA); * You are comfortable with AWS
TECHNOLOGIES (especially ECS, EC2, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, S3, Lambda)
and other technologies/languages (e.g. JAVA, SPRING, SPRING BOOT,
React & React Native, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) ; * You
are fluent in French and English (B2 level minimum). You will be
successful in this role if: * You are recognized for your ability to
communicate with different stakeholders, with listening, humility and
pedagogy; you know how to vulgarize technical subjects in particular
to convince your interlocutors; * You are particularly pragmatic and
