As a flexible Research Program Manager, you will build and scale global research programs to strengthen the impact of our client's world-class UX Research team. You will also implement operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and problem-solving operational hurdles to enable researchers to do their most impactful work. In your first few weeks in this Research Program Manager role, you can expect to: * Systematise project monitoring, review, and evaluation across teams * Proactively identify inefficiencies within the organisation to help drive better, more efficient workflows * Develop team-wide metrics based on key areas for increased organisational efficiency * Maintain and refine existing operational systems and processes To apply for this UX Research Program Manager role, you will need 5+ years of experience in end-to-end research project or program management.
