stage internal communications intern (h/f)

JOB DESCRIPTION As part of the Group Internal Communications (IC) Team (8 people, yourself included) your missions are to provide support in planning and executing Internal Communications initiatives and campaigns. Your focus will be on Group corporate internal communications, content management and analytics. This role requires a combination of communication skills, an eye for design and a flair for writing with specific responsibilities that include: * Writing, editing and publishing intranet articles around Group topics * Drafting articles for our employee intranet * Drafting mailers and newsletters in our email formatting tool * Creating on-brand banners, infographics and visual assets for internal use * Managing the IC content calendar * Creating and maintaining analytics dashboard * Supporting the team with internal comms initiatives and campaigns as needed: all-staff cascading deck (Let’s Talk), Corporate Video Production, Office space video reel (Talent TV). EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Master 2 * Fluent written and spoken English & French * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, etc.) * Positive attitude and a strong interest for developing technologies * Great organization and communication skills
