INTERNSHIP - SALES & MARKETING DATA ANALYST (B&T – SOUTHERN) (F/M)
ORGANIZATION * Function : Sales & Marketing (BG) * Area : B&T Southern
* Location : Paris La Défense, France * Supervisor : BG - Marketing &
Strategy Director CONTEXT Nexans has embarked on a new strategy –
Electrify the future. In this context, we are building a Marketing
team to ensure customer centricity, improved partnership and customer
engagement. As data has become key for our strategy, we are developing
a data management for all Sales and Marketing related projects.
PURPOSE Under the supervision of the Marketing & Strategy director: *
* * * Work collaboratively with Data Product Owner as Data Business
Owner and Translator, to develop and deliver a Sales & Marketing data
hub, structuring and combining Sales data from various sources,
including but not limited to MyCRM, BI, MDM, ERPs, etc. * Providing
360-degree view of the Sales & Marketing transformation, through Data.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY DATA CONSOLIDATION & ANALYSIS * Responsible
for monitoring, consolidating, analysing Shift Prime impacts, through
Nexans Accelerator and BG Sales data bases. * Finding ways to
consolidate and utilize efficiently all data sources in order to
optimize the Marketing Process and accelerate data usage and analytics
withing the BG. * Building dashboards ensuring the granular visibility
of Shift Prime impacts (Global Offers, KAM, Brand, New offers…). *
Product / Customer mix analysis as per the customer and product
scoring (CM, CM%) supporting the review of the improvement or not of
Bus KPIs. CHANGE & ADOPTION * Provide ongoing support to stakeholders
and end users of our data products. * Define & monitor key success
metrics, including data quality. * Improve adoption of sales and
marketing tools by providing high quality data EXPECTED RESULTS To
improve the accessibility, consistency and quality of sales and
marketing data, allowing strategic decision making and giving the
sales and marketing team the tools necessary to drive our
transformation. Required skills and qualifications QUALIFICATION *
Focus on Data Management * Knowledge of CRM, Pricing and data
visualisation tools * Proven experience of working with diverse
stakeholders * English fluency PREFERRED FIELD OF STUDY * Engineering
