Our People team is looking for an Intern HR Administrator in France to work with our People Team and support the development of the France offices. What would your role be? Assist the administration process to ensure accuracy in payroll Assist in the onboarding process of the new employees Help in the development of the France offices (implementation of processes, policies, benefits) Help in the follow-up of the legal requirements Process employment verifications and maintain employee files (online and physical) Provide support with documents preparation and distribution Maintenance and update of the different HR databases Provide support to the HR Officer with different administrative tasks Analysis and report of employee data Assist the Head of HR in other duties/projects Participate proactively in other HR initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects Requirements Who is our ideal candidate? Based in France, ideally close to Paris A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. You are fluent in French and in English . You have a strong interest in HR administration Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Capacity to multi-task and be flexible Ability to work as part of a team Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take the initiative Hands-on, operational You are able to provide us with a University Agreement Why NTT DATA?
