véhicules neufs ou d’occasion, location courte ou longue durée,
gestion de flottes, maintenance...
Cette offre couvre les secteurs de l’automobile, les deux roues,
moteurs marins, bus, camions, engins, pneumatiques et pièces de
rechange. Nos sites de production et d’assemblage en Afrique

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) PARTS & SERVICE ASSISTANT H/F
basé(e) : France Métropolitaine
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :
We are looking for a Parts & Service Assistant for Toyota Business
Unit parts & service team.
You will cover all West & Central Africa territories where the brand
is distributed.
The main mission is to develop value chain customer retention in line
with SYIP365 strategy.
More specifically, you will :
Strategic marketing
* Participate in the development of after-sales action plans with
FMs;
* Follow-up strategic marketing surveys and any on demand survey
from FMs;
* Participation in cross functional programs (CRM, Customer
Satisfaction, Business Continuity..);
* Monitoring and implementing of digital marketing actions for
service side.
Operational Marketing – Network animation
* Participate in the animation of the marketing plans of CFAO
distributors;
* Manage the budget for marketing & communication activities for
service side;
* Ensure the coordination and relations with;
communication/advertising agencies;
* Support to Team 54 platform and Information hub / Best practice
sharing.
KPI Management
* Monthly monitoring and follow-up of Service KPI in OASIS;
* Follow-up of KPI Service dashboards for Business review;
* CRM and SSC dashboards update and follow-up.
TTC/CFAO/AMS Coordination
* Ensure support for Regional Meetings preparation;
* Participate in the preparation of regular business meetings
(TOYOTA BU, AMS weekly meetings..).
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
* Higher National Diploma or Bachelor degree in International Trade
with a first experience in marketing.
* Fluent in English.
* Good mastery of Excel.
* Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
* Analytical mindset, teamwork spirit, ability to communicate with
all interlocutors.
