Global People Development criteria referent for OPEX community:
* Promote WCM model and contribute to its continuous improvement
* Train and coach sites on demand on SG WCM People Development and
People Involvement criteria
* Coach Business/Regional champions, WCM facilitators, local HR…

OPEX Learning & Development coordinator
* Define and update OPEX training catalog o Build yearly OPEX
training plan and coordinate its implementation
* Develop and coordinate OPEX trainer network, including trainer
certification o Create monthly reporting on training deliveries and
related gains (savings, risk reduction, value creation…)
* Support Unicampus trainings and internal organization
* Be reference for training design : Develop/contribute to
development of OPEX training contents
OPEX Communication responsible
* Create and publish Quarterly OPEX newsletters
* Supervise quarterly TIP newsletter creation and publishing o
Maintain and update OPEX Portal
* Launch surveys among the community o Ensure global consistency of
OPEX communication ·
Member of OPEX Steering Committee
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* You have a practical knowledge & expertise in WCM methodologies &
pillars, or in HR/Training/communication processes and digitalized
basic tools
* Operational experience in Manufacturing, WCM or Engineering will
be a +
* Knowledge of Project Management
* Have minimum 10 years of experience
* English speaker
* Open minded and forward thinker
* Your strength lies in engaging people from various cultures &
different levels of knowledge and experience.
* You possess the ability to influence and manage resistance to
facilitate change at all levels of an
* Organization
