JOB DESCRIPTION: A vacancy for a STRUCTURE REPAIR STRESS ANALYSIS ENGINEER (M/F) has arisen within Airbus Commercial aircraft in Toulouse. You will join the Structural Repair team within the Airframe Customer Service department. MISSION AND ACTIVITIES The In service Engineering organization is in charge of providing repair solutions to the Airbus customers worldwide via the Structure Repair Manual, the Daily and Major repair teams. Within the Structure Repair Manual service, you will join a multi-skilled team covering Engineering activities such as stress and design, Technical data creation and Customer support; covering all Airbus aircraft types and multi-components. The Structure Repair Manual service is continuously improving the manual and developing new solutions such as digital ones with a mobile application, to support the Airbus customers. You will be responsible of Structural Repair Manual (SRM) stress activities (fatigue and static) for fuselage and propulsion TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: * Lead technical projects performed by Airbus subcontractors and Risk Sharing Partners * Coordinate activities between SRM and certification Airbus team and Subcontractors * Secure SRM stress engineering deliveries on time and on quality * Compile the various stress results in a single document in order to ease the handover to design/authoring * Support/Contribute to Airframe initiative and Projects * Improve continuously the SRM product for the satisfaction of our customers WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Degree in engineering or equivalent, 3 to 5 years of experience in composite or metallic stress is mandatory * An good knowledge of Airbus IT stress tools as ISAMI is requested, * Experience within Propulsion engineering domain would be appreciated, * Experience on SRM activities would be a plus, * Team spirit (close cooperation with the person in charge of Design SRM to reach common operational objectives; support others teams members in case of workload peak), * Autonomous, good ability to take initiatives while respecting the airworthiness and safety, * Good communication, negotiation and reporting skills, * Negotiation level of French and English is needed - Un poste D’INGÉNIEUR EN ANALYSE DES CONTRAINTES DE STRUCTURE (H/F) est apparu au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft à Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez l’équipe en charge du manuel de réparations structurelles au sein du service support engineering. MISSION ET ACTIVITÉS Le service support engineering est chargé de fournir des solutions de réparation aux clients Airbus dans le monde entier via le manuel de réparations structurelles, les équipes de réparation Daily et Major. Au sein du service en charge du manuel de réparations structurelles, vous rejoindrez une équipe polyvalente couvrant les activités d’ingénierie telles que le stress et la conception, la création de données techniques et le support client; couvrant tous les types d’avions Airbus et multi-composants. L’amélioration continue fait partie de l’ADN du service qui développe des solutions innovantes telles qu’une application mobile, pour soutenir les clients d’Airbus dans leurs opérations quotidiennes. Vous serez responsable des activités stress du Manuel de réparation structurelle (SRM) (fatigue et statique) pour le fuselage et la propulsion TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Vos activités et responsabilités incluent : * La gestion de projets techniques, notamment la gestion de nos différents partenaires * La coordination des activités SRM avec les équipes de certification d’Airbus * La réalisation des activités stress dans les temps et la qualité attendus * Le support aux équipes de conception (design) * La contribution aux projets d’amélioration du SRM NOUS RECHERCHONS UN CANDIDAT AVEC LES COMPÉTENCES ET L’EXPÉRIENCE SUIVANTES: * Bac+5 en ingénierie et 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en analyse stress * Une bonne connaissance des outils d’analyse stress tels que ISAMI est demandée * Une expérience sur l’ensemble propulsif et sur le SRM est un plus * Un esprit d’équipe * Être autonome, savoir prendre des initiatives tout en respectant les règles de navigabilité * Un niveau professionnel en français et en anglais est demandé This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
