What will be your role? This role is based in France or Barcelona, has a global scope and reports into the Lead Web Experience at PayFit. As a Global CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our conversion optimization efforts across all of our markets (FR, DE, SP, UK). You will be in charge of our web analytics (Google Analytics) and will identify opportunities for optimization of our web funnels. You will draft hypotheses on how to improve our conversion rates, run A/B tests and provide recommendations on how to optimize our web experience. Your inputs will directly influence web development, UX improvements and user experience. In details, you will be in charge of: * Managing our Google Analytics instance and providing easy-to-use, standardized reports and dashboards that help understand our web performance * Running regular analysis of our website and landing pages, and providing actionable insights that will inform marketing performance reviews, marketing plannings and campaigns * Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover behavioral insights. Including website audits, web analytics research, user journey analysis, heuristic reviews etc. * Proposing, defining, executing, and evaluating A/B tests aimed at improving website conversion rates and optimizing our key acquisition funnels. * Drawing conclusions from data and results, and driving development, content, and UX improvementsDefining UI and UX best practices for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop. This job has been tailored for you if This role has a high impact on our marketing roadmap, and we are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter professional to join us and shape the future of our growth strategy. * 3+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of improving web funnels conversion rates in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital-first companies * Experience with split testing, CRO, analytics, and being able to become a power user of new tools autonomously and rapidly * Highly proficient in Google Analytics, AB Tasty, HotJar… * Strong program management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, setting objectives, and ruthlessly prioritizing activities based on impactIndependent, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken EnglishExperience with global, multi-product, multilingual websites.
