Here at Kingfisher we are seeking a First Line Support Analyst to
support marketplace sellers through their onboarding onto the
marketplace as well as their ongoing operations. This role will report
into the Marketplace Technical Operations Lead.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting sellers with the technical settings of their shop.
* Managing seller integration IT settings and related tests.
* Creating and updating internal guidance documentation.
* Monitoring the daily Marketplace activity.
* Identifiying and reporting integration problems.
* Contribututing to the continuous improvement of the Marketplace
Model. Identify recurringissues and propose initiatives to streamline
the technical onboarding processes and improve seller experience
Qualifications:
Skills needed to excel in this role include
* Organised and results-oriented.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptability, flexibility and team-first attitude.
* Proficiency in Office, Excel/CSV.
* Fluent written and spoken English and French required. Other
European languages desirable.
Desired:
* Fluency in web and e-commerce terminology.
* Experience in a service desk or e-commerce environment.
* Experience in managing relationships to ensure customer / client
satisfaction
