POSITION PURPOSE: Be the operational partner to the Transformation Project Lead, Lisa NIELSEN, to manage with autonomy two strategic projects for PayFit. You will belong to the Transformation & CSR department led by Henri-François MARTIN. This new role consists in taking ownership of the Outsourcing and Nearshoring (PayFit Hub in Barcelona) projects that are contributing to PayFit's healthy growth and scalability. You will have the opportunity to work in a transversal organisation with many contributors and act directly to help on strategic decisions. You will act as a business partner for the organisation providing new solutions to reach our target in terms of scalability, customer satisfaction and PayFiters well-being. MISSIONS FOR 2022 : Ownership of the Spain house project (nearshoring): Role : create a European ecosystem that favours exchange across departments and countries. It is a new opportunity to attract and retain the best talents, and a structure to scale processes. * Define and implement the legal, HR, financial, management and process framework with internal and external contributors * Design the various steps of implementation over time * Define the targets we will have for the place in the coming years OUTSOURCING OWNERSHIP Role : help to improve Customer Satisfaction while we scale thanks to activity externalisation. * New department eligibility discovery * Define and coordinate the action plan to onboard new externalized activities or rump up the existing ones * Scale the project to optimise process & supervision * Work on potential competitive pitch depending on new needs. To succeed, you will have to work closely with many indirect contributors and business partners (finance, people, data, Ops, Legal, Customer Service teams,...) and to coordinate Webhelp.
