La diversité est l'une des cinq valeurs de Salomon, c'est pourquoi nous nous engageons à créer un environnement accessible à tous._ _ Le siège de Salomon est basé à Annecy (74), France._ Description du poste Dans le cadre de sa participation à la mise en œuvre du plan de communication interne Salomon, le ou la stagiaire communication interne aura 3 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : * COORDINATION DE LA COMMUNICATION DU PROGRAMME D’ÉVÈNEMENTS SPORTS MARKETING À DESTINATION DES SALARIÉS (MARTIN FOURCADE FESTIVAL, HIGH FIVE FESTIVAL, TRAIL DE SERPONÇON, GLISSE EN COEUR...) : en binôme avec le/la stagiaire sports marketing, il/elle sera en charge de la communication interne des évènements et de la logistique associée à la participation des salariés (dont inscriptions) ; * COMMUNICATION RH & SUPPORT DE COMMUNICATION À LA NOUVELLE ORGANISATION ; * ANIMATION ET EXÉCUTION DU PLAN DE COMMUNICATION INTERNE (COORDINATION DE LA SOIRÉE DE NOËL ANNUELLE, coordination de la newsletter RH mensuelle, aide à la mise à jour de l’intranet RH, publications de contenus sur divers canaux : news intranet, vidéos, affiches, etc.) Qualifications Formation : Bac +3 à +5, avec une spécialisation en communication LANGUES : niveau d’anglais B2 (impératif réunion et traduction en anglais) INFORMATIQUE : Pack Office dont Teams et Sharepoint, Capacité d’adaptation et de prise en main de logiciels ou d’outils digitaux divers (connaissance des logiciels adobe PAO ou vidéo – adobe ou équivalent) Personne organisée, motivée et dynamique, sachant travailler en équipe Capacité rédactionnelle et attention aux détails Bonne capacité de communication Autonomie Informations supplémentaires Localisation : poste basé à Annecy (74), FRANCE CONTRAT : Stage, contention obligatoire DÉBUT SOUHAITÉ : Août 2022 DURÉE SOUHAITÉE : 6 mois
