An integral part of realizing this vision is through developing digital solutions for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in our core disease areas (Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular diseases, movement disorders). Our Solutions team is a world class group of professionals with backgrounds in technology/digital development, user research and design, pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare. We lead the strategic design, development and implementation of customer facing digital solutions on a global scale, where applicable together with strategic external partners. We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager Intern to join our team for a full-time internship of 6 months. You are passionate about digital health and comfortable working in an international environment with great communication and project management skills. MISSION You will be a valuable member of the VR & Digital Mental Health Solutions team and support the VR solutions lead in the development and roll out of virtual reality digital health solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to be exposed to one of the most exciting fields in digital health and get to know about the potential of virtual reality in improving patient care and reshaping the healthcare paradigm. Your key responsibilities include : Project Management * Support strategic planning and execution of VR initiatives in line with business strategy and priorities * Engage actively with BDH Operations and Go-To-Market teams to streamline VR program real-world implementation to ensure successful market roll-out * Work closely with the BDH cross-functional teams to ensure fluid communication and information sharing per program / initiative timelines * Help prepare internal and external solution communication materials to support key stakeholders engagement * Operational activity planning and tracking with external VR partners Product Discovery & Management * Participate in the new VR solution discovery & research phase, supporting the identification and development of new product concept via desk research and competitive intelligence analysis * Participate in the preparation of the new VR solution profile & strategy to support key decision-making in internal forums * Support the creation and implementation of solution feedback loop to ensure continuous solution enhancement and development in line with key stakeholders’ needs Qualifications Requirements * Master Student with past experience in project management / product management from Management school with Bac+4/5 – preferable on last year internship * To apply for this position at BDH , you must be enrolled in a University/Business or Engineering School in France during the full length of the internship - Fluent in English (Speaking & writing - main working language) * Strong skills in project management * Curious, creative, autonomous and attention to details, can-do attitude * A good team player * Goal-oriented mindset, motivated and a fast learner * Resilient, able to navigate through complex project settings in a fast-evolving environment * Good knowledge on Excel & Powerpoint (or equivalents of GSuite) * General interests in digital health and/or virtual reality STARTING DATE As soon as possible Additional Information Why Biogen Digital Health?
