Del Monte is looking for a JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL based in Monaco on a permanent contract for its Europe and Africa Legal Department. Reporting to and working together with the Director Legal Europe & Africa, the successful candidate will have the following main responsibilities: * Review contracts in English and French * Draft and review diverse corporate documents for the European entities * Provide advice to the business and support teams on interpreting laws, regulations, policies, and processes * Assist in commercial disputes matters; collect supporting related documents and draft correspondences * Collect evidence of trademark use from business units (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to support trademark oppositions or any claims related to trademark matters * Conduct legal research * Manage the approval/signature process of contracts and update the legal department systems * Document legal department expenses * Assist in the implementation of internal policies of the group Provide support with the application of anti-bribery/anti-corruption and trade compliance processes Skills: * Fluent in English and French (spoken & written). Italian would be a plus * Detailed oriented * Resourceful * Logical minded * Organizational skills * Good judgment * Ability to integrate in a team and to work independently Qualifications: * Master 2 degree in Business Law * At least 2 years of experience as Legal Counsel within the legal department of a commercial organization or a law office drafting documents in English and French
