Job ID: 21696 Location: Boussens, FR Within Boussens Focus Factory, SLM leader is responsible for production processes and the communication between BU and Plant related to a dedicated product(s) with an early involvement in the Product Life Cycle (G70). (S)he is managing the SLM team in order to ensure successful implementation of changes in design / process / components, in capacity / demands and improvements to meet project targets (quality, timing, financial) during series production , including sub contractors’ activities and coordination of phase-out production and transfer activities, as well as the activities related to production of prototypes on SMD. * Responsible for successful implementation /execution of all tasks / actions identified at Hand-Over from NPL, necessary to achieve the agreed functionality, quality, updated project schedule and commercial objectives; * Coordination of the Change Management activities within focus factory (new supplier, new component, new material, new variant, new/change of operation steps, replacement of equipment, capacity increase…); * Manages the product related documentation (Product Lifecycle History, update on P-FMEA, Reverse P-FMEA, Process Flow etc.); * Responsible for the regular evaluation of the installed capacity against customer call offs and contracted volumes; * Initiates and coordinates eCR for identified needs of capacity increase and/or replacement of worn-out equipment; * Evaluates customer requests (technology evaluation, volume change, etc.) and build the proper approach to ensure both customer and FF satisfaction (in terms of feasibility, time line, quality level, resources, cost, performance); JOB REQUIREMENTS * Engineering degree or an appropriate comparable diploma; * At least 5 years experience in the automotive or similar business; * Strong leadership and communication skills; * Presentation skills; * Organizational and time management skills; * Previous experience on Project Management can be an advantage; * Knows existing processes and rules and internal escalation and decision-making structures; * Knows the methods and tools for managing Serial Life in operations; * Knowledge of automotive Quality Standards; * Project / Process Advanced Product, Component & Process Knowledge, Capacity Analysis, Line Balancing; * Routings, BoM; * Good experience in performance improvement of the production lines (OEE, FPY, NCC1); * Fluent English mandatory, Good level in French.
