Beaucoup de chantiers sont lancés, et d’autres à venir Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes, Nous recherchons un(e) responsable junior en communication & innovation en alternance pour épauler l’organisation du Directeur de la BU A&IS (Advisory & Implementation Services) Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : * la Communication pour notre BU (en synergie avec l’équipe Communication centrale) * une coordination du plan Learning (en synergie avec l’équipe Learning centrale) * le On-boarding des nouvelles recrues (en synergie avec le Ressource Manager) * une participation au plan de Transformation * en option: participation au suivi commercial, et assistance au ressource management Pour ton alternance et la réalisation de ces missions, ton référant entreprise sera la personne responsable de tout ou partie de ces projets. Ton équipe de travail sera constituée de dirigeants, plusieurs responsables de domaines, mais aussi bien d’autres membres d’équipes Françaises et internationales. Nous portons une attention à l’accueil et au mentoring, un Buddy t’accueillera et t’aidera tout en intégrant notre communauté significative de jeunes recrues.
