1/ JOB DESCRIPTION In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a DESIGN OFFICE MANAGER. Attached to the operation direction, your main missions will be: * Manager of the design office team (composed of 4 employees) * Make evolved, respect, and make respect the engineering process * Taking care of the internal needs, planification and repartition of BU duties. * Define the short and long terms necessary resources and defined, linked with the director of operations, the hiring plan. * Choose, contract, follow and assess the subcontracting * Establish the deliverable list and the reconnection schedule linked with the project manager * Technical referent * Give a technical support to your team and to the project’s teams * Manage the intern project assigned to the design office * Arbitrate on the solutions and technical and financial proposal presented by those teams * Defined and propose methodologies and installation/operations process * Ensure the technological and regulatory monitoring in terms of methods and materials 2/ REQUIRED PROFILE * Formation: Engineer degree or equivalent, a speciality in hydrodynamic represent an advantage. * Software: Autocad, SolidWorks, Orcaflex, AutoHydro * Experiences: 5years minimum in the management of maritime projects * Language: Current English unavoidable * Qualities: Availability, pragmatism, reactivity, dynamism, rigor. Furthermore, you may have a good relational and the teamwork sense. 3/ WORKING CONDITIONS * Location: Based at Aix-en-Provence, there will be punctual business displacement * Compensation: Depend on experiences * Contract: Open-ended contract (CDI), executive fixed on a annual 218 days rate * Starting date: As soon as possible Our offer is open to people benefiting of RQTH status
