contribute Aircraft deliveries , and a vacancy for a Master Production
Scheduler (MPS) position is open within Wide Body (WB) Value Stream
Planning organisation.
The key mission is to drive the plan and control the Aircraft assembly
schedule which sets the drumbeat for not only the Toulouse FAL’s
activities but also steers the schedules for all Plants and supply
chains. The plan must be accurate and under control at all times and
pro-actively managed in response to changing business situations and
events. The planning team is part of the Value Stream Management (VSM)
organisation and the primary customers are Supply Chain, FAL
Operations teams, Customer Lines and Contract Delivery Planning.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be in charge of building a secure, consistent, robust and
optimized planning of overall FAL .
You will be fully integrated into the production unit staff &
governance but with an E2E view on Aircraft (A/C) planning from demand
to capacity:
*
In a medium and long term horizon, you will evaluate Program
requirements and perspectives to build planning scenarii and
feasibility studies and propose the best solution to meet program
ambition taking into account FAL constraints. This planning will be a
key input for strategic decisions at FAL and program level.

You will participate to production unit / FAL planning & station
governance (SQCDP, local planning meeting, MPS meeting) to ensure
accurate update of the daily production planning for short and medium
term, taking into account production disruptions & progress taking
into account load vs. available capacity
*
You will liaise with all support functions within and around FAL
(Supply, Logistics, Manuf. Engineering, etc…) to provide planning
inputs & give meaning on changes, and gather feedbacks on key planning
parameters managed by these functions
*
You will ensure feedback loop towards Programme & Contracts
management, resolving end to end planning clashes to secure A/C
delivery to airline, inclusion of contract requirements in the
planning and development of planning tool process to secure adherence
to Planning Control Parameters

You will ensure alignment of the operations planning to the agreed
Programme and Contract requirements, coherency between planning
assumptions and the operational demonstrated performance, and buy-in
of Operations and other actors to the production plan at all times.

You will act in close collaboration with other planning teams members
in order to consolidate shared capacity as paintshop, storage
positions and shared buildings and positions
*
You will promote & foster Lean Culture to improve our process and
maturity of MPS Airbus Operating System brick, supporting development
& deployment of routines, tools and mindset for better anticipation
and more reliable planning adherence. You will be in the driving seat
to run those MPS routines
PROFILE AND COMPETENCES
The competences you will need to succeed in this job are:

Degree BAC+5 or equivalent with a first successful experience in
Production or Supply Management
*
Strong ability to decide, influence and to interact with people in a
multi-functional environment
*
Ability to see and manage priorities, take initiative and give clear
direction on business needs
*
Knowledge and understanding of planning impacts and leverages through
operational planning experience or industrial project management
*
Strong analytics approach to ensure update & accuracy in the end to
end data flow
*
Strong experience in planning tools such as APC Jaguar, Quintiq /
Microsoft Project
*
Significant Industrial knowledge
*
Robust Programme or Project Management experience
*
Advanced level English for daily business discussions
*
Fluent level in French for daily business interactions (business
gouvernance, team environment)
*
Leadership, collaboration mindset and teamwork
*
Adaptability, agility and resilience
JOB ENVIRONMENT
You will be part of the team responsible for the final assembly line
scheduling and control in Toulouse – but work in daily cooperation
with all plants and other single aisle FALs across the world. The
Toulouse FALs will produce more than 300 a/c in 2023 and the planning
team plays a central role in orchestrating the FAL activities and
contributing to the on-going success of the overall SA & WB Family
Programme.
Position will be located in Toulouse in Louis Breguet Site.
