Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale , vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégré dans une année de césure , d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, vous permettant de valider votre année . Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en communication (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Blagnac . Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département Technical Data Operations en charge de de la publication des données techniques au sein de la business unit Customer Services dont les principales activités sont l'assemblage et la livraison de données numériques aux compagnies aériennes. Votre stage consistera à définir, proposer et développer une solution pour améliorer la communication à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du département. Ce stage commencera en février 2022 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de 6 mois. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS: Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes: Identifier nos interfaces, nos processus et les outils et moyens utilisés au sein du département (France & Allemagne) ; Proposer de nouveaux moyens de communication pour promouvoir le département, faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux arrivants et soutenir la gouvernance du département ; Construire la solution TOBE en utilisant de nouvelles solutions numériques (GSuite, Kakemono, dépliant, ....) Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : Découvrez les processus utilisés pour la gestion des publications techniques livrées aux compagnies aériennes pour tous les avions Airbus ; Développez vos connaissances en gestion de projet et plus précisément en gestion du changement ; Communiquer dans un environnement transnational. COMPÉTENCES & PRÉREQUIS : Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +4 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la communication, de la gestion de projet, ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en communication ou en gestion du changement. VOUS POSSÉDEZ LES COMPÉTENCES SUIVANTES : Première expérience en communication, Vous vous intéressez à l'aéronautique et à la conduite du changement Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet Capable de s'intégrer dans une équipe et d'être un joueur d'équipe flexible Capable d'analyser et de synthétiser l'information. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE FOLLOWING MAIN ACTIVITIES: Identifying our interfaces, our processes and tools/means used within the department (France & Germany) Proposing new communication means in order to promote the department, easy new comer integration and support department governance Building the TOBE solution using new digital solutions (GSuite, Kakemono, leaflet, …) THIS COURSE WILL ALLOW YOU TO DEVELOP THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Discover what processes are used for managing the technical publications delivered to airlines for all Airbus aircraft Develop your knowledge in project management and more precisely in change management Communicate in a transnational environment SKILLS & PREREQUISITES: You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4 in communication or project management (or equivalent), and you obtain following competences: First experience in communication You are interested in aeronautic and change management You have a good knowledge of project management Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player Able to analyze and synthesize information.
