TEAMS FOR AIRBUS PROGRAMMES, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SERVICES. Our
mission is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support their
digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our
Airlines customers. In this frame, we are looking for an ARCHITECT
(M/F) in order to drive IT solutions for Customer Services department,
focusing on AIRLINE SERVICES & SUPPORT & CUSTOMER COLLABORATION
activities_._ The main responsibility is to UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS
NEEDS AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSE THE CORRESPONDING IT
SOLUTION (via standard software of the market or specific solutions as
well as Cloud based architecture) in line with Enterprise
Architecture, IM strategy and objectives. The challenges are numerous

main responsibilities on this position are: . Analyzing and
understanding business processes and their new challenges (full
digitalization, mobile access, 100% availability, 100% quality…) .
Designing functional & technical solution architecture using best of
the art combination of technologies and in line with Airbus
Information technology strategy (Security, Digitalization, Cloud,
DevOps..) . Build the architecture Vision and roadmap for A/L Services
& Support area . Being well aware of traditional and new technologies
(AWS, web portal, hybrid architecture, IAM, In memory Data base, RHED,
…) as well as major backbone software such as SAP. This job requires
an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act
with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success,
reputation and sustainable growth. This role will involve some travel
for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
SKILLS We are looking for candidates with the following skills and
experience: . Educated to 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in
Information Technology . Strong Architect experience (functional and
technical) including ability to take in consideration High level of
Security requirements, High level of SLA (24/7 and blue/green), IAM,
DevOps . Risk based approach, creative and Innovative thinking .
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthetize complex
information and present them to stakeholders management .Team Player
and collaborative mind-set . Knowledge on Customer activities
(Airline, MROs, Lessors, etc.) and Customer Services will be well
appreciated LANGUAGE SKILLS Advanced level in French and negotiation
level in English, German could be a plus. _ IN ADDITION_ _ We would
like you to know that an ITAR habilitation will be necessary to hold
