Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE EN SENSIBILISATION À LA SÛRETÉ - PHYSIQUE ET CYBERSÉCURITÉ (H/F) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS CORPORATE SECURITY OFFICE sur son site de BLAGNAC Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 personnes au sein du département «Corporate Security Awareness and Transformation » en charge de la définition et du déploiement des programmes de sensibilisation dans l'ensemble d'Airbus afin de favoriser une culture de la sûreté et de mobiliser les employés pour prévenir les risques tant physiques que de cybersécurité. En effet, chaque employé d'Airbus peut contribuer, par son comportement, à améliorer la maturité globale de notre sûreté et il peut être à la fois notre première ligne de défense ou notre plus grande vulnérabilité. Votre stage consistera participer au déploiement des programmes de sensibilisation à la sûreté (physique et cyber sécurité) auprès de nos collaborateurs. Ce stage commencera en JANVIER 2022 (LA DATE EST SOUMISE À UNE CERTAINE FLEXIBILITÉ) et sera d’une durée de 6 mois. Tâches et responsabilités : Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes : * CRÉATION DE MATÉRIELS ET DE CONTENUS SUR LA SÛRETÉ PHYSIQUE ET LA CYBER SÉCURITÉ QUI SERONT ENSUITE UTILISÉ LORS DES CAMPAGNES DE SENSIBILISATION AUPRÈS DES COLLABORATEURS AFIN QU’ILS ADOPTENT LES BONNES PRATIQUES ET AINSI SE PROTÉGER ET PROTÉGER L’ENTREPRISE FACE AUX MENACES * ASSURER LE BON DÉROULEMENT DES CAMPAGNES DE SENSIBILISATION À LA SÛRETÉ (SESSIONS, CAMPAGNES DE COMMUNICATION, ÉVÉNEMENTS…) * ANIMER LA COMMUNAUTÉ SÛRETÉ SUR L’INTRANET DU GROUPE * SUIVRE LES ACTIVITÉS DE SENSIBILISATION À LA SÛRETÉ ET EN RENDRE COMPTE À L'AIDE D'INDICATEURS CLÉS DE PERFORMANCE (KPI) PERTINENTS. * COLLABORER AVEC D'AUTRES ÉQUIPES DE SÛRETÉ ET DE GESTION DE L'INFORMATION AFIN D'ALIGNER LE CONTENU ET LES MESSAGES. Duties and responsibilities : You will contribute to the following main activities : * CREATION OF MATERIALS AND CONTENT ON PHYSICAL AND CYBER SECURITY TO BE USED IN AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS FOR EMPLOYEES TO ADOPT GOOD PRACTICES TO PROTECT THEMSELVES AND THE COMPANY FROM MALICIOUS THREATS * ENSURE THE SMOOTH ROLL-OUT OF SECURITY AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS (SESSIONS, COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS, EVENTS, ETC.) * MODERATE THE SECURITY COMMUNITY ON THE GROUP'S INTRANET * MONITOR AND REPORT ON SECURITY AWARENESS ACTIVITIES USING RELEVANT KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS). * COLLABORATE WITH OTHER SECURITY AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TEAMS TO ALIGN CONTENT AND MESSAGES.
