Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE EN GESTION CONTRAT ACHAT (CONTRACT MANAGER) – DÉFENSE ET SPATIAL (H/F) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE (ADS) sur son site de TOULOUSE. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département « Procurement Contracts » en charge du support contractuel pour les équipes achats Airbus Defence & Space. VOTRE STAGE CONSISTERA EN LA RÉDACTION ET PRÉPARATION DE CONTRATS D’ACHATS POUR DES PRESTATIONS DIVERSES POUR L’ENSEMBLE DES ACTIVITÉS DE LA DIVISION. VOUS APPORTEREZ VOTRE SUPPPORT ET DES CONSEILS CONTRACTUELS AUX ÉQUIPES ACHATS D’AIRBUS DEFENCE & SPACE. Ce stage commencera à partir de JANVIER 2022 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de 6 MOIS. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes : * PARTICIPER À LA DÉFINITION DE LA POLITIQUE CONTRACTUELLE DES ACHATS D’AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE (ADS), S’ASSURER DE SON IMPLÉMENTATION ET DE SES TERMES CONTRACTUELS ASSOCIÉS, TOUT EN TENANT COMPTE DES CONDITIONS FOURNIS AINSI QUE LES RÈGLEMENTATIONS EN VIGUEUR * S’ASSURER DE LA PERTINENCE, DE LA QUALITÉ, ET DE LA COHÉRENCE DES CONTRATS MIS EN PLACE, MISE À DISPOSITION DE MODÈLE DE CONTRATS D’ACHATS, RÉFLEXION SUR L’ÉVOLUTION DES LOIS, DES PRATIQUES DE L’INDUSTRIE SPATIALE ET DES EXIGENCES D’ADS * SUPPORTER LE DÉPARTEMENT GOVERNANCE RESPONSABLE DE LA CRÉATION, LA MISE À JOUR ET L’OPTIMISATION DES MODÈLES DE CONTRAT, TOUT EN INTÉGRANT LES EXIGENCES APPLICABLES (PAR EXEMPLE ÉCONOMIQUES, COMMERCIALES, TECHNOLOGIQUES, JURIDIQUES, RISK MANAGEMENT) * RÉDIGER LES DOCUMENTS CONTRACTUELS ET POSSIBLEMENT PARTICIPER À LA NÉGOCIATION CONJOINTEMENT AVEC L’ACHETEUR (NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, STAND ALONE AGREEMENT, MASTER AGREEMENT) * FOURNIR DES ANALYSES/EXPERTISES/SUPPORT AUX MEMBRES DE L’ÉQUIPE ET ACHETEURS PENDANT LA PHASE DE NÉGOCIATION ET OU D’ADMINISTRATION DES CONTRATS AVEC LES FOURNISSEURS * CONTRIBUER À LA GESTION DES CONNAISSANCES CONTRACTUELLES AU SEIN DE LA POPULATION ADS Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : * DEVÉLOPPER VOS CONNAISSANCE DU MILIEU AÉRONAUTIQUE ET SPATIAL * PARTICIPER À UN TRAVAIL EN ÉQUIPE DANS UN MILIEU MULTI-NATIONAL, AUX EXIGENCES TECHNIQUES, RÉGLEMENTAIRES ET GOUVERNEMENTALES COMPLEXES * DÉVELOPPER VOS COMPÉTENCES EN MATIÈRE DE RÉDACTION DE CONTRAT * DÉCOUVRIR LE MILIEU ET LES CONTRAINTES ACHATS ADS COMPÉTENCES & PRÉREQUIS : Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau BAC +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de DROIT DES CONTRATS/DROIT DES AFFAIRES INTERNATIONAL OU UNE DISCIPLINE APPARENTÉE VOUS POSSÉDEZ LES COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES SUIVANTES : * Juridique en droit des contrats / droits des affaires * Qualités rédactionnelles, esprit de synthèse Soft Skills * Rigueur * Méthode * Esprit d’équipe Compétences LINGUISTIQUES : * ANGLAIS : Courant * FRANÇAIS : Négociation SI VOTRE PROFIL RETIENT NOTRE ATTENTION, VOUS SEREZ INVITÉ À RÉALISER UN ENTRETIEN VIDÉO AU COURS DUQUEL VOUS AUREZ QUELQUES MINUTES POUR NOUS CONVAINCRE.
