MARKETING SPECIALIST- FRANCE

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to own all marketing strategy
for France—from conceptualization to execution. In this
360-marketing role, you'll be working with each of our marketing
sub-teams responsible for Brand, Content & Communications, Growth &
Performance, PR & Events, and Product & Partner Marketing to handle
marketing in France, with a strong focus on inbound and content
marketing.
You will also be working very closely with our Regional Director,
France and regional team to continue growing our presence in France.
The position is based in our French office in Paris.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Marketing:
* Support creation and execution of online ad campaigns and
strategies for online channels (SEO/SEA/display/social/mailings)
* Create monthly reports for digital performance per country and
report on trends
* Build webinar strategy and coordinate calendar, topics and
speakers for local customers and prospects
* Help design and build marketing automation schemes
* Lead demand generation campaigns to increase awareness and market
share in France
Content Marketing:
* Conceptualize and assist with the production of local assets
through photoshoots, video-shoots, etc.
* Coordinate delivery of marketing collateral (newsletters,
mailings, etc.)
* Translate, localize, and distribute digital content and product
collateral
* Create content pieces (e-books, white papers, infographics,
guides, etc.) to increase awareness, subscribers, or leads
PR & Events:
* Lead local PR content distribution and press partnerships
* Work closely with local PR agency
* Prepare key messages for press interviews and public speaking
opportunities for our Regional Director, France
* Lead partnership with our French PR agency to organize press
releases, build media relationships, and position us as industry
leaders in France
* Coordinate events and trade shows in France, ensuring brand
alignment and trade show booth quality
Product & Partner Marketing:
* Help build innovative partnerships that advance our brand in
France
* Lead localization of the regional partners strategy
* Lead localization of partner onboarding and training materials
* Create localized go-to-market strategies that focus on product
positioning and value proposition creation
* Provide full-faceted support and project management surrounding
product launches
The Marketing Specialist France also manages an intern or an
"alternant(e)", whose mission is to assist on the regional event &
partner marketing part.
This is an all-around marketing role suitable for candidates who are
interested in gaining a deep understanding of all marketing functions,
as well as a high-level overview of the functions of other
departments. We're looking for someone who is curious, flexible, likes
getting their hands dirty, and is excited to help us grow our company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Master's degree in business, marketing, or communications or
related degree (e.g. diploma from French École de Commerce)
* 2-3 years of marketing experience with inbound marketing and
digital
* EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL FRENCH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
REQUIRED
* Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to independently
set milestones and meet deadlines
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights, creative
performance reports, and suggest and implement improvements
* A multi-faceted approach that is both highly creative and
commercially driven
* Experience in events, product positioning, creating go-to-market
strategies, and working with B2B partners is an asset
* Understanding of the electric mobility or automotive industry is
an asset
