In the context of an ever evolving regulation driven by the penetration of new assets (renewable, storage, demand response, electric vehicles), it becomes critical for energy players to seize the digitalization opportunity to run their operations more efficiently. At Enexflow, we provide a unique approach combining subject matter expertise on power industry value chain, market processes and data engineering. We are both assisting key energy players in the transition and building an optimal control software with features ranging from the optimization of the sizing and the power output of assets, to the management and analysis of high-frequency high-volume time series and the construction of powerful user interfaces. ABOUT THE OFFER We are looking for a motivated software engineer intern to join our team and help us develop our product. In a stimulating startup environment, your work will have a big impact on our core product features, and you will be onboarded in the decision-making process, while still being mentored by a diverse team at the top of its field in both the energy market and modern software development. Some of the projects you may work on include implementing new optimization algorithms, improving user interfaces, connecting our platform to large industrial systems or developing the platform architecture in its whole. RESPONSIBILITIES Being part of a small development team starting an ambitious product, you will be working closely with our Tech Lead in order to fulfil the following key responsibilities: * Architecturing new features * Develop reliable and performant software in Python, Rust and Typescript * Process large quantity of real-time structured data We are looking for highly motivated talents who are passionate about tech, willing to accelerate the energy transition and eager to get involved in all aspects of a growing business.
