JOB SUMMARY:
WITH 55 RESTAURANTS AND 13 BARS/CAFÉS SPREAD ACROSS OUR 2 THEME
PARKS, THE DISNEY VILLAGE AND OUR 7 HOTELS (2 TO 5 STARS), CATERING IS
A MUST FOR OUR VISITORS.
MORE THAN 21 MILLION MEALS ARE SERVED EACH YEAR IN OUR ESTABLISHMENTS,
WHICH OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES AND FORMULAS: TRADITIONAL OR
GOURMET TABLE SERVICE, BUFFET, FAST FOOD, BANQUETING, ROOM SERVICE,
WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT DISNEYLAND PARIS HAS DECIDED TO OFFER

YOUR MISSIONS?
* Participate in the daily production process by following the
technical sheets and respecting the established quality standards.
* Ensure the different positions (hot, cold...) while knowing how to
adapt to service situations (allergies, change of menu...).
* Ensure the application of HACCP standards within your restaurant.
* Develop dynamic communication and a spirit of initiative within
your brigade.
YOUR PROFILE?
* You have training in cooking (all levels), experience in the
kitchen is a plus.
* You have a good knowledge of traditional cooking and enjoy working
in a team.
* You are aware that flexible hours are necessary to work in the
morning and evening depending on the organisation of your team.

These positions only cover the Christmas holiday period from 18
December 2021 to 2 January 2022.
OUR DESTINATION IS SUBJECT TO THE HEALTH PASS REQUIREMENT FOR ALL OUR
VISITORS. IT HAS BEEN SINCE 30 AUGUST 2021 FOR SOME OF OUR EMPLOYEES.
