Internship Ecommerce coordinator MAC EMEA

Description of the brand and the team: In collaboration with 2 Online Managers on MAC Cosmetics at the EMEA Headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India), the EMEA online trainee is in contact with the 18 European markets and the Global Team & New York team. Key responsibilities: Key tasks: * Execution Support teams in the operationalization site updates * Support new projects (features, SEO project, optimization) of our 18 affiliates: from brief to implementation * Coordination of new collections, launches, campaigns and omnichannel projects (makeup services etc.) * Daily /weekly monitoring of the online activity of our 18 affiliates (Brand.com, E-retailers & Pure Players) * Reports consolidate sales reports and behavior analysis (weekly/monthly reports) * Calendar Marketing Supporting the team in the development of marketing / sales calendars * Competitive Intelligence/E-Commerce and online trends * Stay on top of competitors and flag to us ideas and opportunities in terms of online offers and features throughout FY21 & FY22 * Have a good understanding of each market offers, exclusives, promos, for FY22 * Review excess files and see where we can think about kit or collab opportunities for FY22 and FY23 * Google analytics work-understand how to dissect data for relevancy * New retailer checklist and approval-by case basis QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Level: Master 1/2 (BAC+4/5) Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Already one experience in Digital (E-commerce, E-Retailers) Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English Licenses or Certifications: Familiar with the luxury/cosmetics sector JOB: Online / E-Commerce PRIMARY LOCATION: FR-IDF-Paris JOB TYPE: Internship SCHEDULE: Full-time SHIFT: 1st (Day) Shift JOB NUMBER: 2118663
