Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE EN MARKETING OPÉRATIONNEL ET DIGITAL (H/F) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE SAS sur son site d'ELANCOURT. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 9 personnes au sein du département "Marketing d’Airbus Secure Communications" en charge de la définition de la stratégie marketing, la mise en place d’actions spécifiques, l’élaboration de contenu et la création d’outils. LE/LA STAGIAIRE SUPPORTERA LE DÉPARTEMENT " SALES & MARKETING " AFIN D’ATTEINDRE LES OBJECTIFS FIXÉS, VIA UN PANEL DE MISSIONS VARIÉES ET PASSIONNANTES. C’EST UN POSTE POLYVALENT, QUI VOUS PERMETTRA D’ENRICHIR VOS CONNAISSANCES EN MARKETING, AU SEIN D’UNE ÉQUIPE DYNAMIQUE ! Ce stage commencera en JANVIER 2022 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de 6 MOIS. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes : * GESTION, ÉLABORATION ET ANALYSE DES SUPPORTS AUX OPÉRATIONS MARKETING (BROCHURES, FICHES PRODUITS, PRÉSENTATIONS, VIDÉOS...) * IMPLICATION ACTIVE, GESTION ET SUIVI DE PROJET SUR LES ACTIVITÉS ÉVÈNEMENTIELLES EN FRANCE ET EUROPE DE L'OUEST (SALONS, CONFÉRENCES, ÉVÉNEMENTS CLIENTS) * ANIMATION DES RÉSEAUX SOCIAUX, WEBINARS ET WORKSHOPS * AIDE AU DÉVELOPPEMENT DES OUTILS DIGITAUX INTERNES * MISE À JOUR DU CONTENU DU SITE WEB * ANALYSE ET REPORTING DES CAMPAGNES MARKETING (PERFORMANCES ET KPI) * GESTION DES RELATIONS AVEC LES INTERLOCUTEURS INTERNES/EXTERNES : GRAPHISTES, AGENCES DE COMMUNICATION, STANDISTES… Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : * MARKETING DIGITAL * GESTION DE PROJETS * ORGANISATION D’ÉVÉNEMENTS * RÉDACTION DE CONTENU EN FRANÇAIS ET ANGLAIS COMPÉTENCES & PRÉREQUIS : Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau BAC +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine DU MARKETING ou une discipline apparentée VOUS POSSÉDEZ LES COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES SUIVANTES : * Vous avez de solides connaissances en Management de projets digitaux * Vous maîtrisez l'usage des réseaux sociaux et en particulier LinkedIn * Vous savez utiliser Photoshop, le Pack Office et en particulier Power Point * Votre niveau en grammaire et en orthographe est irréprochable * Un niveau d'anglais courant est indispensable. SOFT SKILLS : * Vous avez le sens de la créativité et de l'organisation * Vous avez de bonnes prédispositions pour travailler en autonomie et être proactif.
