The head office of AXA Group (GIE AXA), based in La Défense, gathers the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. The role of the GROUP FORESIGHT TEAM is to scout the horizon of emerging trends and weak signals to power AXA’s vision for the future, making sure the Group is equipped to anticipate, innovate and continue to cater to the customers of tomorrow. The Group Foresight Team drives all forward-looking analyses on current and future disruptions for the insurance industry. Subjects go from major social and economic trends, impact of climate change to the future of health. The team works with numerous internal and external experts to gather further insights, enrich its analyses, and ensure AXA’s visibility and positioning on tomorrow’s pivotal issues. Foresight also provides the opportunity for business to align medium-term initiatives with a long-term lens. The team reports to the Head of the AXA Research Fund and Group Head of Foresight, who in turn reports to the Group Head of Communication, Brand and Sustainability. It works closely with the AXA Research Fund to influence and keep up with research pursuits and to better understand trends that will shape the future of insurance. MAIN ACTIVITIES: The foresight intern will contribute to the main missions of the Foresight Team – consist of the Head of Foresight and a Foresight Analyst – that aim to make AXA a future-proof company, including: * Content production * Desk research: contribute to the consistent monitoring and desk research of relevant foresight content related to four thematic pillars: environment, health, socioeconomics and data & tech. * Drafting foresight analysis: contribute to writing and proposing articles related to innovation in the four pillars to feed the team’s monthly newsletter and internal notes, and the annual foresight exploration. * Design-thinking * Foresight tools and methodologies: contribute to exploring different foresight tools and methodologies (workshops, building scenarios, design thinking, design fiction, etc.), aiming to both strengthen the team’s toolkit as well as strengthen our AXA colleagues’ foresight capacities. * Dissemination: contribute to conceive creative tools and means to communicate internally and externally with our foresight audiences. * Presentations: assist in the coordination and presentation of creative workshops, webinars, podcasts and other internal or external events aiming to promote foresight productions. VOTRE PROFIL PROFIL/ DESIRED SKILLS: * Strong capabilities of analysis and synthesis * Intellectual curiosity and interest in cross-disciplinary research subjects such as social, economic, environmental and health issues as well as challenges related to new technologies and the future of insurance * Excellent command of English, especially written * Autonomy and discipline, good organizational skills * Knowledge in design thinking and ability to facilitate creative workshop is a plus * You love researching, understanding, projecting the future and writing.
