FAMILY! _ Starting date : Janvier 2022_ LE STAGE En tant qu’Account
Development Representative au sein de l'équipe Inside Sales EMEA, ton
rôle sera clé dans l’élaboration des stratégies des Sales
Development Representatives : * Développer une compréhension
approfondie des opportunités commerciales (existing business et new
business) de Contentsquare sur la région EMEA. * Accompagner les
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dans la compréhension de
leurs comptes respectifs et de leurs enjeux. * Concevoir des plans de
gestion stratégiques de ces comptes (Account Plannings), les partager
avec les SDRs, assurer leur suivi tout en s’appuyant sur l’aide
des équipes Marketing et Customer Success. * Monitorer les données
pertinentes dans le CRM de Contentsquare (suivi des volumes
d’opportunités en cours, suivi des interactions avec les clients et
les comptes), effectuer des reportings synthétiques au management
afin de mieux comprendre les enjeux de l’équipe sur les différents
secteurs. * Cultiver de nouvelles connexions en tirant profit du
«social selling», créer des campagnes d'emailing dédiées et
pertinentes pour chaque compte. Rechercher des solutions innovantes
qui encouragent des communications significatives avec les clients et
conduisent à une augmentation des pistes de vente. * Développer des
idées & initiatives pertinentes pour aider les équipes à dépasser
leurs objectifs ! A PROPOS DE TOI * Tu es sensible aux enjeux digitaux
et aux innovations dans le monde de l’UX. * Tu sais être force de
proposition afin d’aider ton équipe à dépasser ses objectifs. *
Tu as un esprit synthétique qui te permet d'être efficace dans le
développement de plans stratégiques. * Tu es rigoureux(se) et
possède une excellente maîtrise du pack Microsoft (en particulier
Excel). * Tu parles et écris couramment l'anglais. * Tu souhaites
travailler et surtout apprendre dans une entreprise en pleine
croissance, avec des missions transverses et au sein d’une équipe
