By creating and optimizing a supply chain customized to the customer needs by delivering the improved speed, efficiency, flexibility and service that will make a real difference ROLE : CONTROL TOWER MANAGER Rôle purpose : * Manage the operational aspects of the international freight movements within the scope of the BU, essentially I2M deliveries from Europe to Nort America * Develop processes to manage freight movements and demonstrate control over carriers utilized ensuring service quality. * Manage the European Origin Control Tower team and ensure that Statement of Work, is executed properly with the highest quality * Work closely with all stakeholders to provide a best in class supply chain solution through the use of mutually agreed carriers * Build and maintain an effective relationship with DSC as the immediate customer of the Control Tower Service * Validate and manage the implementation of new business process improvements and service enhancements from an operational perspective prior to go live * Actively collaborate with Program Management and Value Creation team to develop continuous improvement concepts to satisfy customer needs Functional Experience * At least 5 years Supervisory or Management experience in Freight Forwarding and/or a logistics environment experience * Customer relationship management skills * Excellent communication skills * Team building skills * First class presentation skills * Change management * People Management and Leadership * Strong Analytical skills * International freight experience desirable - includive of customs regulations English : fluent Spanish or German : desirable _ Le Code de conduite DP DHL, établi en 2006, définit des règles éthiques claires et s’applique à toutes les activités et à tous les salariés du Groupe.
