Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en FORMATION INITIALE, vous recherchez un STAGE OBLIGATOIRE ou intégré dans une année de CÉSURE, d'une durée de 6 mois, vous permettant de VALIDER VOTRE ANNÉE. Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE EN CONCEPTION ÉLECTRONIQUE NUMÉRIQUE - MODÉLISATION D'UNE INTERFACE DDR4 (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Saint Martin, à proximité de Toulouse. Le stagiaire rejoindra une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du “domaine produits avionique et de simulation”, chargé du développement d'électronique numérique. Cette équipe couvre les activités d'architecture hardware, de conception de FPGA et cartes numériques, jusqu'à la vérification et l'intégration équipement. Le stage consiste à définir les contraintes de routage du circuit imprimé pour une interface mémoire SRAM DDR4. Le stagiaire devra mener les simulations d'intégrité du signal, caractériser les timings (set-up/hold) et calculer les deratings selon le standard JEDEC. Ce stage commencera en MARS 2022 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de 6 mois. Tâches et responsabilités: Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes: * participer aux discussions techniques avec l'architecte hardware et le concepteur carte * s'approprier le standard JEDEC DDR4 * modéliser l'interface DDR4 * réaliser les simulations d'intégrité du signal et analyser les résultats * établir les contraintes de routage Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : * application de vos compétences en conception électronique dans un contexte industriel * application de vos connaissances en simulation d’intégrité du signal dans un contexte industriel * expérience dans un contexte de travail international COMPÉTENCES & PRÉREQUIS : Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’INGÉNIERIE ÉLECTRONIQUE ou une discipline apparentée. The trainee will join a team of 15 people within the domain of Avionics and Simulation products, in charge of digital hardware development, covering the hardware architecture and specification definition, the FPGA/ASIC and electronics boards design, up to the hardware verification, and integration. The internship will consist of establishing the PCB routing constraints of a SDRAM DDR4 memory interface after signal integrity modelisation, and characterization of system-level timing with setup/hold and derating calculations per JEDEC standard This internship will begin in MARCH 2022 (date subject to flexibility) and will last for a period of 6 months. Duties and responsibilities: You will contribute to the following main activities: * attend the technical discussions with hardware Designer and Architect * survey the DDR4 JEDEC standard, and understand the key design drivers * modelize a DDR4 interface at pre-layout and post-layout levels * perform integrity signal simulations, and analyse timing / eye-diagram results * establish PCB routing constraints with PCB & board designers This course will allow you to develop the following skills: * applying and developing your skills and knowledge in electronic design in an industrial context * applying and developing your skills and knowledge in integrity signal simulation in an industrial context * getting a new professional experience in an internal team Skills & Prerequisites: You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING (or equivalent), and you obtain following competences: * knowledge in embedded systems and processor systems, * knowledge of digital electronic design, digital memory & processor interfaces, * knowledge of signal integrity, and hardware PCB routing constraints, * a keen interest in hardware design * rigorous and curious * team spirit * ability to analyze and synthesize LANGUAGE SKILLS : * French : advanced * English : advanced If your profile catches our attention, you will be invited to perform a video interview during which you will have a few minutes to tell us about your background, motivations and your professional project.
