We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a TRAINING
COORDINATOR ( 1 YEAR APPRENTICESHIP - 2022) POSITION IN BORDEAUX.
So, if you’ve got a way with human resources in a challenging
environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People
organization, we'd love to hear from you.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
* Coordinating training efforts (quotes, logistics, attendance,
benchmark, budget, invoices, etc.)
* Managing the language platform, ensure the job families are up to
date so people can access to a personalized & relevant content for
them,
* Enrolling our teams onto courses into 360 Learning (our Learning
Management System), supporting with sending invitations, making sure
deadlines are met,
* Ensure the payment and subvention with OPCO are in order, provide
data for internal or external use ( gender, b corp certification…)
* Coordinate and block Instructor’s dates & timing in lines with
the training and workshop calendars.
* Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the different stakeholders
to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
* You ideally have a first experience in Human Resources or
Administration
* You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment, with
multiple international offices, culture and remotely, by also managing
multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously.
* You are organized, with great attention to detail.
* You are motivated by both admin part and project management.
* You are good with tools and have some familiarity with reporting &
analysis.
* YOU ARE A GREAT COMMUNICATOR (VERBALLY & IN WRITING) IN ENGLISH &
IN FRENCH.
* You understand what it means to join a people team in a growing
scale up
