To support Diabeloop’s strategy, roadmap and the ever growing
interest for the company, we are looking for a TECH TALENT ACQUISITION
SPECIALIST (role creation) based in GRENOBLE OR PARIS (partial remote
work accepted).
Created in 2015, Diabeloop gathers the personality, the passion and
the skills of over 100 talented individuals (June 2021), in France
(Grenoble and Paris) and internationally. All of them feel empowered
by the same mission:
* make our innovations accessible to people living with Type 1
diabetes ;
* unload their heavy mental burden, so they can live their life
without interruption!
In December 2019, Diabeloop completed a 31-million-euro Series B round
of funding, setting a European fundraising record in the area of
therapeutic artificial intelligence. Two of our solutions received
CE-marking:
* DBLG1 System, an Automated Insulin Delivery system to automate and
personalize the treatment of Type 1 diabetes - 2018 ;
* DBL-hu, a device intended to automate the management of highly
unstable diabetes - 2020.
Diabeloop is now focusing on international commercial roll-out.

Job description*
LOCATION : Grenoble/Paris (or remote with regular travel to Grenoble
and/or Paris)
TYPE OF CONTRACT : permanent position (CDI) - full time
START DATE : January 2022 (asap)
COMPENSATION : depending on profile and experience
You will be joining our HR team, currently made of 5 (great) people:
* 2 HR Managers
* 1 Talent Acquisition Specialist
* 1 HR Admin & Payroll Specialist
* 1 Office Manager
As a TECH TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, your role will consist in
IDENTIFYING AND RECRUITING THE BEST TECH (AND OCCASIONALLY NON-TECH)
TALENT to join our teams. You will be working closely with Marjolaine,
Talent Acquisition Specialist and Diabeloop hiring teams to meet our
ambitious goals (60+ new Diabeloopians in 2022).
Here is your mission, if you accept it :
Recruit the best talent:
* Lead the complete end-to-end recruitment process with the
teams/Diabeloop’s facilitators and HR
* Source diverse channels to catch the best profiles for our tech
teams (direct sourcing, social networks, job boards, referrals,
events…)
* Investigate and implement the best tools and practices in order to
attract candidates and create engagement
* Manage the whole candidate experience in your perimeter to ensure
that the sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and communication processes
run smoothly
* Ensure the maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleez):
job postings, open position information, candidate details, hiring
process workflow, KPIs etc.
* Maintain confidentiality, integrity and employer equity throughout
the recruitment process
Work effectively with hiring teams:
* Identify key requirements and needs for each role in collaboration
with Diabeloop facilitators and HR Managers
* Become a trusted advisor to Diabeloop facilitators, work with them
to build recruiting strategies and ensure alignment throughout the
process
Support our growth:
* Build and sustain a pool of qualified candidates through our ATS
* Follow up on our new hires’ integration and integrate feedbacks
to continuously improve sourcing and recruitment effort
* Be proactive in suggesting/implementing new ideas in order to
develop our employer brand and visibility, especially among tech
talent communities
* Contribute to structuring and improving our team processes and
methods (work in progress!)
PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in recruiting (tech)
talent in-house or in a recruitment agency
* You have good knowledge of AI and IT roles, ideally acquired in a
high growth/scale-up environment
* Using direct sourcing methods and engaging passive (and demanding)
candidates has no secrets for you : -)
* Fluency in French and English

Essential qualities to succeed in this role*
* You are essentially a team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
and a high level of autonomy
* You demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills -
you know how to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to rapid changes
* You can leverage your strong communication and influencing skills
to earn trust and get buy-in from teams and candidates alike
* You are genuinely interested in understanding people’s psychology
(behavioural analysis, non-verbal…) and the roles/teams you hire for
* You developed a strong ability to give and receive feedback

Not required but definitely a plus*
* Previous experience in the medical/health industry
