3 MOIS - CDD ASSISTANT(E) LOGISTIQUE SharkNinja est la société derrière les marques à succès Shark Floorcare et Ninja Kitchen. Nous recherchons un(e) assistante logistique dynamique et travailleur(se) pour rejoindre nos bureaux à Boulogne Billancourt. Il s'agit d'une opportunité fantastique pour rejoindre une société en pleine croissance qui cherche à développer ses marques d'électroménager à travers l’Europe. Sous la responsabilité de notre Responsable Logistique, vous serez chargé(e) de l'administration dans un environnement de bureau très actif. Vous aurez une approche confiante, positive et flexible. Vous serez capable de travailler en équipe mais aussi de rester motivé en autonomie et d'utiliser votre sens de l’initiative. Vos missions principales seront : * Suivre et accompagner les prestataires logistiques au quotidien. * Faire l’interface entre les différents services interne de Shark Ninja et les prestataires extérieurs. * Accompagner le service clients dans les résolutions de litiges clients. * Suivre les livraisons clients en coordonnant les services de vente et le prestataire logistique. * Suivre et organiser la disponibilité des stocks au bon moment et au bon endroit. * Assister la responsable logistique dans les tâches quotidiennes. * Contrôle et suivi de la facturation. * Mise en place et suivi des indicateurs de performance logistique. Compétences requises : * Niveau intermédiaire en anglais, bonnes compétences à l’écrit * Compétences professionnelles en communication écrite et orale à tous les niveaux. * Bon sens de l'organisation * D'excellentes compétences en Excel sont indispensables. * Travailler efficacement sous pression * Capacité à gérer un volume élevé de tâches diverses * Une expérience de travail avec des prestataires de services logistiques serait souhaitable * Une expérience de la gestion des stocks ou des approvisionnements est souhaitable * Capacité à travailler avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (prestataires de services, services internes et clients) * Compétences administratives méticuleuses et structurées Télétravail 2 jours par semaine. We have seen explosive growth across both brands in both the UK and Europe. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our offices in Boulogne Bilancourt. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who are looking to expand their consumer electronics brands further across the EU. Reporting to our Senior Logistics Manager, you will be providing administration support in a busy office environment. You will have a confident, positive and flexible approach, be able to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated and use your own initiative. Your main tasks will be : * Monitor and support logistics providers on a daily basis. * Act as an interface between Shark Ninja's various internal departments and external service providers. * Support the customer service department in resolving customer disputes. * Follow up on customer deliveries by coordinating with the sales department and the logistics provider. * Monitor and organise the availability of stock at the right time and place. * Assisting the logistics manager in daily tasks. * Controlling and monitoring invoicing. * Setting up and monitoring logistics performance indicators. Key Skills/ Experience * Intermediate level of English, good written skills * Professional written and oral communication skills at all levels. * Good organisational skills * Excellent Excel skills are a must. * Work effectively under pressure * Ability to manage a high volume of diverse tasks * Experience of working with logistics service providers would be desirable * Experience of stock or supply management is desirable * Ability to work with multiple contacts (service providers, internal departments and customers) * Meticulous and structured administrative skills SharkNinja Is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals.
