This full-time Junior Performance Marketing Specialist role is based in Central London with a hyrbid work allowance and offers a salary of £25k-£30k along with favourable benefits. As a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to delivering the Performance Marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Aggregators and Affiliates. You will also help grow our client's company across the UK and Europe in line with their business targets. In your first few weeks in this junior performance marketing role, you can expect to: * Support the team in the implementation of the Performance Marketing strategy for search and paid social media * Optimise the performance marketing channels to support growth * Work with the broader marketing team to inspire sales and revenue growth To be successful in this Junior Marketing Specialist role, you will need a degree, or equivalent experience, with an emphasis on marketing and computer science, along with relevant skills in performance marketing. You should also be comfortable implementing and managing Paid Search campaigns, ideally with experience agency-side or working at an eCommerce company.
