THE JOB

The Product & Strategy Manager - Catalog France & Benelux has 3 main
missions: Participate in the Planning & Strategy Definition, Execute
the marketing plan for Physical and Digital Catalog and Grow WB Home
Entertainment business.
THE DAILY
Strategy Definition and activity Planning
* Market, performance metrics and insights analysis to help build the
marketing plans (market and competitors’ analysis, key pillars and
tactics, pricing).
* Collaborate with management in the definition of marketing KPIs and
objectives on each project, collection and promotion.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales/ finance / operation
department / publicity / social / media / data teams) to make sure
communication is consistent with objectives.
* Budget management.
* Identify new ways to communicate with our consumers, based on
insights and trend analysis.
Execute the marketing plan for Catalog
* Physical and digital Catalog management: P&L, Budget, Media,
Retailer’s activations, Digital national promotions.
* Development of 4K and pan-European projects, specific Christmas
Boxsets for France (FNAC boxset, Clint Eastwood 63 movies…), and
Christmas Boxsets Benelux.
* Budget / P&L analysis.
* Media Campaign & Partnerships
* Advanced Data Marketing France and Benelux: Creation of a new
digital advertising tool using actual sales measurement (conversion
data).
* Execute media campaigns. Work with media agencies, internal media &
data teams to build plans.
* Analyse performance against budgets, evaluate & make necessary
adjustments for future plans.
Grow WB HE business
* Grow the physical and digital France and Benelux Market, creating
smart partnerships with media and third party brands to increase our
visibility & reach.
* Grow cross-divisional initiatives based on our main franchises.
THE ESSENTIALS
* Proven experience of working in a strategic marketing role for a
media organisation.
* Cinema and entertainment enthusiast.
* Very good knowledge of Catalog and strong recommendation
initiatives.
* Rigorous, analytical and data management skills, digital oriented.
* Creative, adds value in brainstorming sessions.
* Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
* Fluent French & English are essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
THE NICE TO HAVES
* Business school degree with an emphasis on marketing or MBA
